La Cocina

We start by oven-roasting fresh cuts of meat; the beef and pork roast for over 12 hours at a low temperature, resulting in tender, juicy goodness. We halve, pit and hand-mash ripe avocados for our home-made guacamole each and every day. We use raw, dry beans for our scrumptious staples: whole black and smashed pinto beans. Fresh tomatoes, onions and cilantro are chopped by hand to make our flavorful Pico de Gallo and other salsas. We prepare our own house adobo sauce using a combination of dried morita & guajillo chipotle peppers. And we source all of our tortillas from our favorite family-owned tortilla shop, Tortilla La Bamba, home of the best tortillas in Cleveland. This is what good food is made of.

Preparing all of our food from scratch isn't a quick process. And it isn't easy either. But we believe it's worth it. When you bite into one of our burritos, you will taste the freshness right away. Our bold flavors will do a little salsa dance on your tastebuds. And you will instantly be happy.
